For over a decade, Jessie has built her career working for leading agencies and brands in the hospitality, travel, and wine & spirits spaces.

She originally found her sweet spot in the cross section of food and writing when working as an editorial assistant for Eater Denver, covering the city’s restaurant and bar culture. From there, she moved to LA and landed at one of the top hospitality and travel PR firms in the nation, where she carved out a niche for herself representing big-name chefs and travel concepts rooted in the outdoors. After five illuminating years with the agency, Jessie moved on to a role as a brand and partnerships manager for a well-known alcohol delivery and e-commerce company, where capturing content involving celebrities like Jenny Slate, Joel McHale, and Loni Love was all in a day’s work. Life brought her to her current hometown of Portland, OR, where she pursued a master’s degree in Book Publishing to expand her skill set and feed her interest in cookbooks.

In January 2024, Jessie set up shop as an independent PR and brand consultant and never looked back. Her core client roster includes restaurants, travel & lifestyle brands, cookbooks, and nonfiction books, but she is open to working with anyone that has a great story to tell.
